We thank our lucky stars that we chose Brenda and Ashlee to be our sales representatives. Selling a home is such a daunting experience but they both made the whole experience such an easy and memorable one. From the very beginning, we were impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism; Brenda took the lead as Ashlee was very pregnant but both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Their comprehensive package, which consists of a virtual tour, staging and cleaning service resulted in a sale within four days of listing (NOTE this was over the weekend so the timeframe was actually less). Not to be outdone in the sale department, Brenda worked tirelessly to find our next home and within two weeks, these picky buyers had our next home, which we still love and suits us to a tee.

Brenda and Ashlee were more than just our real estate agents, they became our friends who still keep in contact and without a hesitation, we have recommended them to anyone who is either selling or buying a new home.

Ashlee was very helpful with buying my first home. She made me feel comfortable when it was a stressful time, and was available anytime for my many questions/concerns. She worked hard at making sure I got what I was looking for and that I was happy with the home that I bought.  Throughout the whole process, I was happy to have Ashlee to help me make this an easier transition into a homeownership. 

My wife and I met Brenda out of the blue when we booked a showing at a house she was listing. As a Selling agent we found Brenda incredibly professional, very informed about her listings and even more so about her market and above all else a strong advocate for her Seller. Ultimately that particular house wasn't for us, but Brenda took us on as clients to help find us the perfect home. As a Buying agent Brenda is exceptional at understanding your needs, wants and deal breakers. Brenda can find a diamond in the rough and we felt she was one step ahead of everyone else in the market and she proved it on many occasions! Best of all, Brenda put our comfort first, at no point did we feel pressured into putting in an offer and best of all her knowledge of the market meant our offers were never too high or too low. We strongly believe Brenda is the best realtor anyone could ask for, buying or selling, and we are forever grateful to her for finding us our dream home.

When we first decided to sell our home in Stittsville, we had the property assessed by another real estate agent that we had worked with selling a different property. We were not impressed with the amount that they recommended so went to Brenda for a second opinion.  Not only was her assessment higher, but her confidence and enthusiasm convinced us to switch to her. It was absolutely the right decision! Not only did she sell our property at a significantly higher value, she focused her efforts on selling the value of the property as opposed to selling us on lowering our price. It's been a little while since Brenda and Ashlee sold our house for us. We just wanted to say how great they are.  We decided to list with them after our home didn't sell with another agent being on the market for about 8 months. We had over 115 showings, but it just wouldn't sell. We took my sisters advice, who sold their house within a week in the winter I might add, and we listed with Brenda and Ashlee. It was clear from the first time we met that they new what they were doing. They walked us through step by step their strategy (which was elaborate) for selling out home. They staged our home beautifully to the point we almost didn't want to move. Sure enough when it came time to put the house on the market, we had four showings by the end of the first day, and an offer on the house. It took them less than one day on the market to sell our house. They worked around the clock literally to close the sale and purchase of our homes coming out after midnight and 6am to make sure we we taken care of.
